Q. How do I order?

A.  Ordering is quite easy. Simply select an item you want to purchase then select quantity/size/color and then click the brown button 'Add to cart'.

Then you can continue shopping or you can simply click the shopping cart in the top right of the page and proceed to Checkout. Follow the instructions on the screen until you have completed your order and secured an Order number. Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Q. How can I pay for my order?  

A. We offer a number of payment methods:
BDO, BPI, LBC Pera Padala, Palawan Express, Gcash, Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, Cash on Delivery.
You will receive the complete details on how to pay after you have successfully placed your orders in the website.


Q. How long is the delivery time?

A. Lead time of delivery is 2-5 working days for Metro Manila and Province depending on the item, after your order has been processed. Please note that we have a 12 noon Cut off time for payments. Those who paid and emailed us after 12noon will be processed the next working day.  All delaysregarding the delivery will only be on the part of the courier.
REMINDER: Items without Special note in the description are On Hand items.


Q. Can I order on the phone?

A. Unfortunately we do not accept orders over the phone, products have many different sizes, colors, versions and this can cause confusion or difficulty when ordering over the phone so we ask all customers to please always complete their order on the website. 

Q. I could not complete the checkout process, what should i do?

A. Please click on the 'contact us' button at the top of the page and customer representatives will get back to you ASAP or email us at mamabear.ph@hotmail.com

Q. Do you have a physical store?

A. We don't have a store or showroom, but you can pay and pick up your order here in our office at Binondo Manila after you order online and set an appointment. Our pick up time is from 8-5 p.m Monday to Saturday, Office is closed during Sunday and Holidays.

Q. Do you ship on Sundays and Holidays?

A. Shipment is Monday to Saturday only. Office is closed during Sunday and Holidays but rest assured that you can still place an order in the website and settle the payment anytime 24/7. We will process the order once we resume operation. 

Q. Do you do Meet ups?

A. No we don’t, but we offer Pick Ups at out office provided that you have an order number already and informed us for an appointment for your pick up.

Q. How much is the Shipping Fee?

A. Our Shipping Fee are P45 for Metro Manila | P150 for Provinces |
Free Shipping for P1000 single purchase of items (nationwide)

A. Simply login in to your account by clicking the 'login' button at the top right corner of the page, you will then be able to view your orders and the status.
