PRODUCT INFORMATION

 

On Hand Items - are items that ready to process and ship within 24 hours. NO special note is indicated in their description.

 

7 Days Items – are items that are for Pre-order and “7 Working days Processing” is indicated in the description of these items.

- Shorter processing time is possible if the item becomes available in less than 7 days.

-Please indicate a special note in your order if it is Rush and the date you need to receive the item so we can check for item’s ETA.

 

Reminder: We will follow the longer processing time if order contains both On hand and 7 Days items.

 

Delivery time: 2-5 working days after orders are processed.

 

12 noon Cut off time for same day processing of order.

P150 for Provicial (any weight)
FREE SHIPPING for orders P1000 and above

Tracking number will be updated to your account once order has been shipped.


You may track your parcel's status in the LBC or Yilinker website by entering the tracking number in their tracking system.

NOTE: If you don't email us your payment details, your order will not be processed.

STORE CREDIT


Store Credit is the amount in your account that you can use to pay for your order.

How to avail Store Credit?
You can chose to have store credit when your order is out of stock and you do not want to have replacement or refund. Store Credit can also be issued on some return cases.

How to use Store Credit?
If you have store credit in your account, the system will ask if you want to use it when you check out your order.
Your amount due will be automatically less if you choose to use Store Credit.

 

 

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

 

BUY NOW - PAY NOW will save yourself from having your most loved items OUT OF STOCK or UNAVAILABLE

 

There will be a chance that the item you ordered will be out of stock even if you have already settled the payment with us.

 

For the out of stock item: You can choose to 
A. Choose a Replacement/Another Item with the same price 
B. Put the money as store credit that you can use as payment for your next order 
C. Refund your Money 
D. Wait for the restock to arrive




RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Returns and exchanges of unused item can be accepted up to 7 days upon receipt. Buyer will shoulder the corresponding shipping fee. Returns and exchanges of factory defect items can only be accepted up to 2 days upon reporting to us. We will not honor any request for return and exchange of factory defect items if it is over 2 days.

Terms and Conditions:
Items must be in the same condition when you received it, and returned in the original packaging along with all the accessories or tag.

Swimwear and Underwear CANNOT BE RETURNED for hygienic reasons.

SALE items can no longer be exchanged.

Items returned that is described as damaged or defective will be checked, If found defective or damaged, we will replace the items and pay for the appropriate shipping costs. However, if found not defective or damaged, we will ship back the item and the buyer will pay for the appropriate shipping cost.

Refunds cannot be made for returned items, They can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.
